Vishakha Yadav is an IAS topper and was Born in Dwarka, New Delhi and she  is an Indian civil servant who has secured the All India 6 Rank in the UPSC exam 2019 in her third attempt. Vishakha Yadav has been very sharp student in studies since childhood and she has completed her early education from local schools in Delhi and After completing her early education, she took admission in Delhi Technological University and started studying software engineering from there and in the year 2014 and then she obtained her graduation degree in Computer Software Engineering.

After completing her graduation, for two years she also worked at Cisco, in Bangalore. After that, she started her preparation for the USC CSE examination and achieved All India Tank 6th in UPSC CSE 2019.

Vishakha Yadav’s strategy for UPSC CSE was not so easy, she shared that in the first attempt she appeared in the exam with not much preparation and she learned from her mistakes and gave a second attempt that time she was prepared but not confident about her preparation to qualify then with set of new strategy and confidence, she prepared more hard and she took the third attempt very seriously and prepared with extreme hard work, and an effective strategy. It was her never give up attitude that was the reason behind her mind blowing achievement as an IAS topper.
