Ishita Rathi IAS Topper who has become an IAS officer by passing the UPSC Civil Services Examination without coaching and she was born on October 19, 1994, in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. Ishita Rathi is a well-known topper throughout India as a female IAS officer, and has cleared the UPSC exam in 2021 by securing All India Rank-8 in her third attempt. Her parents gave her complete support during my UPSC Civil Services preparation, and she set out to become an IAS officer in order to fight for the rights of women and children. Ishita Rathi stated that her civil service career came first, and teaching came second.

Ishita Rathi is  a 26-year-old daughter of a Delhi Police assistant sub-inspector and head constable , who placed 8th in the civil services test 2021.  Ishita Rathi’s Mother is ASI Mrs. Meenakshi Rathi is assigned to the South-East District, and Ishita’s  father, Head Constable Mr. Iqbal Rathi, is assigned to the Traffic Unit.
