She said it is very easy to pass the exam if one knows the concepts and believes in oneself and she quit his job at an MNC, Computer Science Corporation (CSC) after 4 years to prepare for the UPSC exam.

“Mental clarity is important,” she says of the preparation process for undergraduate majors. Her husband Shashank Gupta was her “biggest supporter” during her four-year preparation for the Civil Services Examination.

She advised the aspirants to put forth equal efforts and be patient and diligent and should also learn to treat the UPSC exam like any other exam and she also advised never taking notes in the first class. Go and write about second and third readings. This is an important process. Someone has millions of books, and sometimes it can be intimidating. Typically, text is a brilliant idea. Shubhra Saxena IAS officer is a native of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Her father Mr. Ashok Chandra works as an engineer in Central Coalfields Limited’s Dhori project, while her mother Mrs. Kamana runs their household. As the eldest of her siblings, Shubhra has been instrumental in guiding his siblings to become engineers.
